Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check that your full name, delivery address, and postcode are accurate and complete before placing your order.
If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout and is subsequently delivered or lost, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If the courier returns your parcel because of an incorrect/incomplete address or because it was not collected, we can arrange a refund minus the original delivery charge and a reasonable administration/handling fee.
If you notice an error in your delivery details and your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the information before shipment.
